Is the build any good? How can I improve?

This was made by me. Let me know why you would change just about every part. Thanks. (I get the ram, 4gb x 2 instead of 8gb x 1).

This is better in every way

Here is a build with no rebates. The above build has like $80 in rebates.

Let me know what you think... The only issue it shows is the case (will that be a real problem or not?). Will this be able to play bf4 for example on high or ultra?

Thanks!

Since there the same price (basically) (270x vs 750ti), I'll go with your suggestion. The problem I have with your build is 4 gb of ram (instead of 8) and core i3. Supposedly, the AMD FX8350 is comparable to the i5-4690K. (and much cheaper).

Well 4GB is ok to start with. RAM is easy to upgrade so you can always drop in another 4GB when you get a chance.

The FX8350 is in no way equal to the 4690k. It's not even equal to the i5 4430. It's closer to the non "K" 2nd gen i5s like the i5 2400.

The i3 4150 will actually outperform the FX8350 in a lot of games assuming they had the same video card.

The 270x is a LOT better than a GTX750ti so an i3 4150 + 270x would outperform a FX8350 + 750ti in every game.

Oh and AMDs are not necessarily THAT cheap either. Let's take a look...

CPU: Intel Core i5-4440 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($168.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock H97M PRO4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $238.98

vs

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2KMD23
CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor ($169.88 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($66.98 @ OutletPC)
Total: $236.86

That's $2, and the FX8350 gets smoked. You would then pay even more money to get an after market cooler to overclock to try to catch up and all of that supposed "value" goes out the window.

Ok, sorry for late reply but...

It's basically the same as yours. (Different case, different processor). I just want to know if the PSU will work. And if everything will fit in the case, any suggestions, etc. (I'm about to buy the parts).

Thanks!

EDIT: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/thermaltake-power-supply-sp550pcbus

Will this PSU work with the gpu, etc? Does my rig need 550+ or 500+?
