I have a "CIRCLE CPH 693" psu. Which I think is a 350 watt psu (Not sure)
Do you think it will run a "GTX 1050"?
I have an intel pentium dual core E5400, 2gb ram, 7.2k rpm hdd.
(I know the rest of the system will bottleneck the gpu though! And will upgrade the rest later.)

Circle 400 Watt CPH 693 - no such model

If you watch video of unboxing the label on the power supply lists +12v @ 14 amps which equals 168 watts. That means the power supply has 168 watts on the +12v line.

GTX 1050 requires 300 watts or greater.

Power supply looks to be unable to put out sufficient power to start and run the video card.

Compare to Corsair Builder Series CX400 Specifications:

+12v line rated at 30 amps or 360 watts. You can see the Circle is a low-end model.
