Question Is the combat power cp 750 watts a reliable psu?

Hi, I came across a pc for 20 bucks on a local garage sale. I bought it and it had a cool case, horrible specs and this 750 watts psu. I was wondering if its reliable enough for my gtx 1650 build.

Bad quality, 230v only, fake 12v rails. Yes, it's junk.
