Question Is the Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO secure?

Just about to get this CPU cooler because I cannot access the backplate so I needed one with push-pins. I was just wondering if the pins will hold it in place securely because people have said that the heatsink weight might be too heavy for the the pins to handle.

You're better-off accessing the backplate by completely removing the MB from the case, and installing a cooler properly.

Anything less than that risks damage to the MB....as well as othr components, if it lets loose and falls.
