Question is the cooling system on rx 570 and rx 580 same?

Hi, so i have seen gigabyte rx 570 and rx 580 they look the same, even the size.. even my brothers rx 580 and my rx 570 make the same fan speed..also on youtube 95% of them tell to oc both rx 570 and rx 580at 1400 mhz which is a sweet spot..so i can say that both have the same cooling mechanism and rx 580 is just a oc version of rx 570?

Rx 580 is not just " a oc version of rx 570", it has more options enabled. As far as cooling is concerned, that varies with actual manufacturer (Asus, MSI etc.)

ok.. but what if only talk about one company say gigabyte?? will those have same cooling system?
