Is the cost of VBS1 coming down?

?116? Is that right? That's from the site based in Oz, not sure what
they charge for shipping. That's about £80 isn't it? Twice the price
of a normal 'game' now. Getting near to what many folk would pay if
that's the case.
Why don't they have a promotion month to kick things off?

Because for one thing being a "military simulator" it's not marketed like that, do
the US Government do a "buy 800 M16's and get 200 grenades free"? Errr, well yeah
actually they probably do, but still, you get my point 😉

For the first couple of months BIA gave out free modules with the early orders.

Most basic questions were answered with the FAQ we put out sometime ago....

That's probably just the cost of the VBS Core Pack
There is absolutely no point in getting just the Core Pack because all of
the missions out there require some or often all of the addon packs
It's a case of either getting it with all the official addon packs or not
getting it at all because if you just get the Core Pack you'll only be able
to 'play with yourself!'

the Yank place or the Aussie site?

Just because it is a military simulator as you say, doesn't mean the price
won't come down.


BTW, I guess Barnum was right after all.

Total cost for the whole set of all the addons was £380-80 incl. shipping
when I got it from the Aussie site

Is it some kind of insult? I'm not sure. Certainly where I'm from in
England, there were a lot of 'Yanks' during the War, and the name
sticks.
Maybe if you make us look like idiots in films like Saving Ryan's
Privates and that other one about the submarine, that we captured, but
in the film it was all Yanks.... And don't get me started on Band of
Brothers...

masturbating. If you are going to a Yank place, it would be thought
that you were going to a porno store, to buy a skin flick. Sorry,
