Is the CPU fine?

Hello Everyone!

I just bought a Brisbane 5200+ for my Dell. I left the room window open when I left for errands and when I came back the room was a little cold. And then I touched the processor box and it pretty cold, so I closed to windows right away. Will the processor be damaged or will it be fine? It wasn't very cold anyways just slightly thanks.
