Could you tell me whether this disc is not reliable anymore?

What troubles me is Hardware ECC Recovered.

The disc was used in a server to write data from video cameras.

For seagate drives this is normal to have high raw read error rate and hardware ecc errors.

What you should worry about is UDMA CRC errors. Those can signal about bad sata data cable or overheating.
