Is the drive bay standardized for all cases?

Hi!
I have a phantecks enthroo pro Mid tower, http://www.phanteks.com/Enthoo-Pro-M.html
it only has one drive bay. I want to get a fan controller, like any of the NZXT ones.
But I don't know if they will fit. The fan panel seems pretty big but the drive bay seems quite small on the case.
I asked the seller if the panel will fit, he said it should bit all standard drive bay on modern cases. So my question is, are these drive bays all standardized and won't differ in height, width and depth.

All 5.25 inch drive bays are compatible to one another. All 3.5 in. drive bays are compatible to one another. Of course, anything that requires a 5.25 in bay will not fit in a 3.5 in. bay.
