I wouldn't say Superflower is necessarily the best. They are certainly capable of creating mediocre stuff, too. If anything, I'd put Flextronics up at the top.

I wouldn't , Super Flower is the best , and reviews are based on the unit each person \ SITE reviews , so the process is flawed , that's why I NEVER REFER TO TIER list anymore.

Yes but with that logic the "best" OEM would also be relative to the end user, too.
