Question Is the Fan Adapter Safe to use

so i have 4 fans in my pc case and my motherboard only support 2 fans connectors so i bought a fan adapter from amazon but im not sure if the fan adapter is safe to use or if the fan adapter can burn my motherboard

for two fans ok. the more fans you add the slower they all will run. the voltage is split across the connected fans. I do not suggest more than two fans per header unless you have a fan hub that is powered from the PSU.

so I have a fan adapter this is powered from the SATA power cable but the problem I had with this the fans were using 100%100 and I couldn't control the fans
