Is the fsp raider 650w compatible with Asus Z97-a?

I have tried my power supply (fsp raider 650w) with another motherboard and it works fine and I have tried my motherboard with a different psu and that worked too. But fsp 650w and Asus Z97-a when I switch my pc on it sometimes turns on and the fans start spinning but then the system turns itself off straightaway.

somethings off with your volts in bios then. it shouldnt do that all psu's work with all motherboards
