So, do you guys think I should upgrade? If so what should I upgrade to? I currently have a GTX 760 Mini, 8gb ddr3 ram, 1tb hardrive, FX-6300, a bronze rated 500 watt psu, and an asrock mobo (not sure what model)

I can run most games on medium to high. I can run assassins creed Unity maxed out with about 30+ fps.

The FX-6300 is a bit dated, but then your video card isn't the fastest on the block either. In most gaming scenarios your FX chip isn't going to be holding back that video card, so I would recommend just sticking with what you have for now. Don't bother upgrading the CPU until you're ready to upgrade your video card as well.

let me ask you this question first.
what are you using your computer for?
if you are using it for gaming. last thing you upgrade will be your CPU "FX-6300"
from the looks of it. the first thing you want to upgrade is your GPU "Video card, GTX 760 "
if you are to do high end video card "AMD R9 x80,x85, Nvidia x80,x90" you maybe limited by your CPU. but with it over clock not by much. "you can also hope that the DX12 will help on the CPU load."
that is 1 GPU tho. if you are to do SLI or 3 ways SLI you will need to upgrade your system.

in your case I will wait until the next gen video card to come out "in summer" and buy this gen video card.
when next gen comes out this gen price will drop.
