FX-8300 is perfectly fine for gaming/streaming. Several users have them and have no more problems with the software than normal. However it is an old and ancient CPU therefore you will see its limitations.

If your gaming rig has a GTX1650S or better, you may be better off just streaming from your gaming PC using NVEnc to do the heavy-lifting.
