Yes, but it will require a bios update to run the 2600x. And to update the bios on that board you will need a first gen Ryzen CPU.
You may want to check with the store/person you are buying the motherboard from and see if they will update the bios.
AMD also offers a boot kit, but it may be a pain and you will have to deal with shipping.

If it were me, to avoid the headache, I would just get a x470 board. It will have the right bios and has much better RAM compatibility than the 300 series boards. They are not that much more in the end either.
