Is the gigabyte b360 HD3 compatible with i3 9100F without bios update?

I can boot the bios with this processor?

It's highly unlikely the mobo will ship with the latest bios (F13). So, no, it will most likely need a bios update for it to work.

What is your current CPU? Just do the bios update before you replace the CPU. Make sure to do a CMOS reset after the bios update to ensure the bios is completely flushed.
