Hey Guys, I just wanted to know that if the the Gigabyte G1 Gaming version of the GTX 970 is good for SLI in terms of card length and breadth as this card is fairly longer then e.g MSI ones.
So will the Gigabyte version be a good decision for SLI as the core clock of this card is higher than most cards. Will the bigger length of this card increase the temps or any other specific issue which will arise from this card. And also that will this card look good in SLI?
Thanks.

Pretty much any reputable company that makes gtx 970s will be good for sli. MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte, EVGA, PNY, Zotac, reference model etc. The gtx 970 stays pretty cool no matter the cooler so if you have decent airflow in your case any of these 970s will do fine.

Well, it is a large card, but that would not really make much of a difference in temperatures, also consider that it does have a very nice cooling system with those 3 fans. The card looks good, I like mine, but for better looks I'd go with the reference model (I think only the gtx980 have the reference model?, not sure), but then the cooling would not be as good. I'd go for it, totally worth it.
