Is the gigabyte geforce gtx 950 compatible with Gigabyte (Sandy-Bridge) | GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3

Just bought a gtx 950 and for some reason it does not send signal for the monitor, if I let the pc on I can hear the windows start up noise but I cant see any image.

Have you tried updating bios of your motherboard?

I updated to the last non beta bios available, I already tried to update for the lastest beta version but I couldnt, received an error about the ID of the bios.
