Is the Gigabyte GTX 970 4GB compatible with Intel DH61WW?

Is this graphic card compatible with my motherboard DH61WW?
Im not sure because this graphic card is longer than others... My mobo is micro-atx. Please I need help!

The question is more if your chassis can support the graphics card?
There should be no problem with the graphics card extending beyond the motherboard, as long as it will fit in the the chassis.

PSU effect is ok, but I don't understand your question about that?
