Its ok. The Windforce cooler is pretty heavy in the wrong places and can droop a bit. If you care about noise, I've seen a couple of reviews in which its louder than a reference cooler when overclocked.

i has 2 of these cards, in crossfire overall not loud and good on temps, but they are voltage locked, also to point out, idk if its card or amd driver's but on desktop and web browser i get this jitter effect every once in bit after like few hours or so. not sure if my card is defective or amd drivers are just bad as always, but overall good cards, they have a back plate to help pcb not bend, but they do droop a little but i think once you screw it in it reduces the droop a fair bit, only slightly noticeable.

If your browser is Firefox, turn OFF hardware acceleration if using an AMD card. Whether the bug is in Firefox or in AMD's drivers, I get artifacting in Firefox, and only Firefox. Turning off Hardware Acceleration in Firefox fixes the issue (which is otherwise distracting, but does not cause crashes).
I'm inclined to suspect Firefox, because this never used to be an issue, and I've lately run multiple AMD cards (HD7770, HD7870, two different HD7970s).

i have it off already because i had other problems that was because of my cpu not the gpu but i has it off anyways have a asus radeon hd 6850 atm did order the gigabyte 7970 i hope i will like it and dont feel like i wasted the money : )

I haven't played any games on mine yet. My HD7870 is able to max my games. I got the HD7970 initially for bitcoin mining, and will probably leave it in that role until later this year, by which time the coming ASIC miners may make GPU mining obsolete. THEN I will use it for games.
I'm just amazed at how quiet it is, and how cool it remains, compared to the XFX "DD" which was so hot and loud I RMA'd it (XFX Support was also non-responsive about re-applying TIM without voiding the warranty). My HD7870 is XFX, and it stays quiet. Same for my HD7770, so I may have just gotten a lemon.
