I have a Amd Athlon ii x4 640 that I would like to overclock, maybe 5%, but I'm not to sure how much I can. I also have a Sapphire Vapour-X 7770 Ghz Edition and would like to OC that to, how much should i overckock both? I also have a 550w Psu, so I'm good there. The Cpu has a stock Cpu fan and heatsink, should I replace it?

Solution
upto 10% manual OC with manual voltages not exceeding 1.4V in Vcore(10% requires a lot less) won't be a problem for any gigabyte mobo. Stock HSF should be okay. Just monitor CPU core temps do not go above 62degrees. 7770 target safely 5% OC and voltage increment not more than 0.025V(if required at all).
