Is the Gigabyte r9 270x actually worth $30 more than r9 270?

Should I get the r9 270, or is the 270x actually better?
Also I'm getting gigabyte because they're one of the few manufacturers that have BF4 free with their graphics cards.

The 270x is clocked higher and has the 3x Windforce cooler vs. the 270 clocked lower and the 2x Windforce cooler. So in this case you will get better performance out of the 270x.

That depends on you and what you want , for me if I'm deciding between the two and after looking at the specs I will go with the 270x because I want the better performance and the $30 is not that much as a one time payment. I believe that the 3x Windforce will be quieter.
