Is the Gigabyte RGB Fusion app available on all of their motherboards?

I am planning on getting the Gigabyte B250M-D3H Motherboard and I don't know if it has their Gigabite RGB Fusion app. Is that app only available for certain motherboards or all of them?

You can download and install that application, but to what end? B250M-D3H has absolutely no LEDs or headers that you could control with it.
