My build:
Antec VP500 Plus 500w
Xeon E3 1246V3
Dual channel 8GB ram Kingston 1600mhz
Asrock H81 VG4 1150 socket
MSI R9 270X
2HDD, 1 sata SSD

Today I started playing CS GO and suddenly my screen went black and monitor said no signal from HDMI. I had to restart it. Went to game again and saw it is glitching. Sometimes it freezes for 3 second.
On desktop same thing. Glitches. Playing video on youtube also causes freezing.

I tested ram, tried this on my IGPU and it still remains. On IGPU it freezes on desktop.

I think PSU is problem. I RMA it a year ago after I bought it because of coil whine. Now it sometimes got humming noise like electricity buzzing. Another cause can be a mobo. And if it really is, I think this may be end for my build because putting more money into 1150 is not a good idea. I may buy another PSU and use it later for another build if it won't work.

Your thoughts?

Before you decided to RMA the psu you should try to use it on another pc/friends pc that have similiar specs. R9 270X is Power hungry and could take alot of current. Did you live in a 220-230v country?

Yes I do live in country with 220V current.

I removed GPU and now using Intel HD alone and it is perfectly fine. No glitches.

I don't have any. I was thinking about replacing my PSU anyway so this could be time for that.

Unit is bad from the first day
