You are fully utilizing your gtx 1050 ti. Congratulations. That isn't the problem. The problem is that you're using a stock heat sync and you're reaching cpu temperatures that are close to throttling at 50% load.
There always will be either a cpu or gpu limitation and that goes for any system build. Your 1050 ti will be under full load, the temps are fine and is what's to be expected. However your processor looks to have high temperatures with only 50% load. What cpu cooler are you using?
The GPU is not bottlenecked in those screenshots and you are not overheating. 85c is warm but that CPU wont begin to throttle until it goes past 90c. Are you using the stock intel cooler? If you want better CPU temps I would clean the cooler if it's caked with dust or just buy a better cooler.
