Is the gtx 1060 turbo loud?

I want to upgrade ny pc, and im thinking of the GTX 1060 turbo. I want a quiet pc, so im wondering: is it loud?

There are plenty of 1060 6GB cards with dual-fan coolers available for less, so I would go for one of those if you're concerned about noise.
