So here are my specs:
CPU:Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 Mhz, 4 cores
Motherboard : ASROCK H61M-DGS

If you require any further information, ask for it and if its not compatible or not suitable, make your own recommendations.

Solution
Basically the same 22" 1080p/60Hz monitor. Stick with a gtx1060 3Gb or at best a gtx1060/6Gb as neither of the monitors will handle the outputs of a gtx1080, you get nothing but tearing unless you use v-sync, which defeats the purpose of having a powerful gpu. You'll need to Replace the psu either way, any decent gpu will smoke that poor excuse for a paperweight very quickly.
No worries with compatability as far as the cpu/mobo goes. You might have issues with the monitor and gpu though. A 1080 is a considerably powerful gpu, far more gpu than can be used by a 1080p/60Hz monitor. So the gpu goes unused to its full potential. Same goes for the cpu, if you run a particularly heavy cpu usage game, the gpu will be particularly unused there too. Best case scenario would be a 1440p monitor that'll punish the gpu far more than cpu vrs a 1080p monitor.

Monitor : LG 22'' LCD M228WA BLACK
PSU: Replace Power RP-TFX-420W
Memory : Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory

Nevermind that, that is a 60 Hz monitor, and it's not even full HD. GTX 1080 is a bit too overkill for that monitor, I'd suggest sticking to something much lower, perhaps a GTX 1060 3 GB. GTX 1080 would be bottlenecked by that monitor.

What about this monitor that I also have available? http://

Link isn't working, try another site. Just copy paste the URL into the text box, no need to use the link function.

Dont mind the greek, details are on the second tab, middle one, where it says Τεχνικα Χαρακτηριστικα.

Still not working, just send the name of the monitor.

Yup(couldn't figure out the monitors pecs, the Greek site wasn't opening), it's a little bit useless to get a GTX 1080 for either of those monitors. Stick with what Karadjgne suggested, either of the GTX 1060 cards or the RX 580 if you are willing to wait. GTX 1060 6 GB would have been my choice, but since it's overpriced right now, you might as well settle with a GTX 1060 3 GB.
