I was planning to get a GTX 750 Ti but according to pc-specs.com the latest Nvidia card my mobo (DH67BL) supports is GTX 680. Is this true?
Theoretically it should be compatible as i have a PCIe slot and a decent PSU (cant remember the brand but it has worked w/o any problems for over 2 years now). My CPU is an Intel i3-2100 clocked at 3.10 ghz

Yes, as you said, because of the PCIe slot 2.0 x 16, the GTX 750 Ti and 700 series are totally compatible with your Intel DH67BL . And about the PSU..don't worry, the GTX 750 Ti is directly powered by your motherboard, as it consumes nearly 60w or less, so no x4/x6/x8 pins are needed (read on "Constructing GM107", 21st paragraph, third picture, -"none" power connectors needed- ).

If you are still concerned about your PSU, here you have a list which may clarify your doubts.

Good luck with that, hope I helped.
