Is the HDD that important?

I have a rig with only 500gb ( 1 hard drive ) theres everything on there. even the S.O , and its actually not that slow but i feel that my computer is forced for some reason, i have done every anti virus and antyspyware test and everything is ok, shall i buy another HDD? what do u recommend me to upgrade? thanks in advice

Specs:

Motherboard Asrock h81m ( is kind of little )
CPU: Core i3 4170 3.7ghz
RAM: 8GB Kyngston HyperFuryX
PSU: Cooler Master GX 750W
Windows 10 64 bits
500GB Toshiba HDD
Current Gpu : Sapphire r7 260x ddr5 2gb

I would agree with the other guys and say that you will notice considerable boot up/loading times difference in case you get an SSD.

Apart from that, you can observe Resource Monitor and see if the disk usage is high and what is causing it.
Another thing you can do is to just test the drive and check its health status out: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility

Computer is "forced"?

If you mean slow, upgrading to a SSD would do wonders for you as far as performance goes, but it would only effect things like loading Windows, loading games, loading other programs, etc. It wouldn't make games run any faster except for map loads.
