Is the HP Pro 3405 compatible?

Is the HP pro 3405 series motherboard compatible with the core i3 4130? If not than what is a cheap CPU in which I can get similar performance out of?

If this is your PC, http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c02999351 no cpu can't match up the i3 4130, but the way you need the whole new pc if you want the i3.
