Is the HX620W PSU enough for r9 270x PCS+?

Solution

Check your cables for proper connection and make sure that your GPU is not "DOA" (Simply check it in your friends PC) :)

IMO: Yes.
270x should rune easy with 500-600w psu. And from what You're saying there is problem with detecting the card.
1. Check: is the card properly insalled (pci slot, wires...)
2. If You have any other graphics card, try to install it and You will see if the system stars. If Yes IMO your 270x is broken.

I'm so embarrassed. So I had only one 6 pin pcie connecter plugged in when it actually required 2. I plugged the 2nd one in and boom, perfect install. Sorry for wasting your time but also thank you for it :)
