Are you monitoring temperatures?

Are you monitoring CPU/RAM/GPU utilization?

What resolution are you playing at?

While there are many variables at play, generally speaking yes, a 9600K and 2080 is a solid pairing.
The TX550M is a solid PSU and perfectly capable of powering that system adequately.

Yes i do.the temp was gpu highest 72 and normal 50-65 and the cpu highest 61 and normal 40-53 and my resolution is full hd

the auto-overclocking presets in many mainboard BIOS setups quite often set too high a core voltage, and result in overheating, but, if you are happy w/ temps, perhaps you got a good combo....

(Is MCE enabled in the BIOS, which would have HWMonitor showing all cores hitting 5 GHz? IF temps under control, and all core 5 GHz is quite darn respectable!)
