then you need the highest speed kaby cpu you can get

which is the 7700k = 4.2 ghz out the box which turbos up to 4.5 ghz

Roughly $20 upswing in price for 600Mhz increase in base clock with up another 300Mhz in turbo boost without having to do any OCing sounds like a good deal with what you're trying to do.
