Is the Intel BO4 promotion available through all retailers?

I bought the i7-8700k from Amazon on Friday. I noticed, on Microcenter's site as well as Novatech and found this website, that indicates there's a promotional deal. Every eligible Intel product, I should receive a copy of COD BO4. This isn't explicitly stated on Amazon's website. Will I still receive my copy of BO4 since it is a promotional deal offered by Intel (according to both Microcenter's store and Novatech)? Or should I return it when I receive the product and buy it from Microcenter?

In the rules for that promotion: "by a participating retailer"

I can't find the promotional announcement on Intel's website. Though I found this on microcenter:

there are various other stores (avadirect, cyberpowerpc, novatech, etc...) that somewhere explicitly mention this promotional deal.
