Is the Intel DH61BE a Good Motherboard?

I am thinking of upgrading my computer should i upgrade my motherboard? I want to use an i5 with a GTX 970 and 8 gb ram

yes i do have the DH61BE motherboard in my old build. i have a budget of 750$. So do i have to buy a new motherboard?

If you want to stick with 1155 socket then you can use the same mobo and grab i5 in 1155 socket else you can all together go for haswell.
