Question Is the Intel graphics command center necessary for startup?

Disabled, it seems to run in the background after I open the app manually.

Just curious, do you know the purpose of having this on startup if it just runs in the background?

When you disable it at startup it keeps it from running along with other "start with Windows" programs. If you manually open it it will run unless you quit/force stop the program.

It may load some custom color/brightness/contrast settings.
Also do you think Cortana needs to be on startup?

I heard getting rid of it completely will disable some windows features so I should keep it, but I'd like to have it not startup for any reason if that is recommended.

What about Windows Security Notification? I believe a lot of these are "Tray startup apps" and only serve to quickly allow processes to happen without the need to run the application but I might be wrong. All I know is cortana being on startup is likely not necessary but I'm not sure.
