Hello,
im buying a new gpu (rtx 2070 super) but someone told me to change my psu ( masterwatt lite 700w ) because it is not good,
just want someone to help me figure out if it is worth it to buy a new one or just keep it and buy the gpu alone.
and if it is indeed not good what would you recommend as a replacement.

My Setup:
CPU: i7-8700
Motherboard :z370 gaming plus
Ram:16 GB
Storage: 1TB HDD and 1TP SSD
PSU: Cooler Master MasterWatt Lite 700 Watt PSU
Current GPU : ASUS 4gb GTX 1050Ti Strix OC Edition
Case: Phantom 410 white
OS: Windows 10

Thanks a lot for the help.

Whoever told you that, is 100% right.
Unfortunately, psu's availability are on the thin end.

Any seasonic focus unit will do such as a gx as will a corsair txm/rm/rmx. Are you located in the US?

Unfortunately im not in the us , Im in Kuwait and all the local stores are out of stock for most Graphics cards and power supplies, anyways thanks so much for the help.

You want to play football, would a 'lite' pair of flip-flops be acceptable? Or would they last about 3 minutes...

High power gpus aren't so much about the high power draw, any halfway decent sized psu can supply that, it's all about the instant hard slam draw hammering away at the guts of the psu. Lesser quality psus like the MWL 700w just get beat to death in a hurry. I'd seriously take @maxamillionfeettall advice, or similar heavy duty gaming grade quality psu.
