Is the Maximus VI Gene good?

I'm thinking of getting a Maximus VI Gene but I'm not sure if it's worth it. I plan on overclocking my 4770K to around 4.5Ghz and I'm not sure if this is a good board since it's a mATX board.

If you want/need a mATX, that's one of the best, OCs well, and can handle DRAM up to 3000, if you prefer a straight ATX would suggest the Hero, love mine
