Is the Microsoft Lumia 535 dual sim a good phone?

The only affordable smartphone with a quad core processor is the Microsoft lumia 535 dual sim.Im currently a android use.i will be needing to use the next phone i buy at least for 3 years but im afraid that i will regret the lumia 535.all i want to know is whether this phone can handle day today activities.

I have the Lumia 635, and it uses the same quad core processor. The CPU is quite fine in these devices, and mobile Windows 8 runs quite light.

However, just be aware that the app support is fairly meager on the mobile Windows platform in general, and specifically the Google services, like Google Play Music, and Google Voice are nonexistent.
