Is the MSI 390 any good?

How is the noise, temperatures and MOST IMPORTANTLY

IS THERE NOTICEABLE COIL WHINE? I am refunding my asus 970 due to coil whine. It just got way too frustrating.

Coil whine depends on your luck. It could have it, it may not.
The msi cooler isn't that great for the r9 390. The Sapphire Nitro or Power colour PCS+ would cool better.
