[SOLVED] Is the MSI RTX 2080 Gaming X Trio, is it supposed to have different size fans?

I'm thinking of buying a used RTX 2080. So I found one that had good specs. The MSI RTX 2080 Gaming X Trio.
So I was looking at the images on the eBay listing, and I noticed that the 3 fans had different sizes. Is this normal? Or is this person selling a damaged GPU?

As you can see on MSI's website you can see the fans have different sizes. I can't find right now if the two bigger fans have the same diameter, but the one closest to the I/O bracket is definitely smaller.
