Question Is the msi Z390 a pro motherboard good?

Msi z390 a pro is it good for overclocking im pairing it with the i5 9600k or i7 9700k i dont know yet but i wanna overclock it to atlease 4.8ghz or 5ghz i dont yet
but is this motherboard good its a budget mobo and i need a decent mobo to overclock the i5 9600k im new to pc stuff
anybody have experiences with these motherboard im seeing mixed reviews on this motherboard

You're "new to pc stuff". Right? Why the hck do you need to overclock?
Do you want to learn, how to kill cpus with excessive overclock? Or what?
