Is the MSI Z87-G45 A good overclocking board?

If I was to build a MSI Z87-G45 and Intel Core i5-4670K 3.40GHz Based Rig would it be a good match and would i get a decent overclock of 4ghz-4.2ghz?

Yes.

You'll be able to achieve those low overclocks on pretty much any motherboard that allows for overclocking.

The G45 is a pretty good motherboard in my opinion.

I have a G45 and I absolutely hate it, nothing but issues.
