Is the Noctis 450 still a quiet case?

I ordered the Noctis 450 over the H440 because of it's awesome looks. I know the H440 is designed to be very quiet and the Noctis 450 isn't. But I'm just wondering if it is somewhat quiet.

So if any of you own this case, is it quiet?
