Is the "Norton Security" driver mandatory?

I was looking at the ASRock Fatal1ty X370 K4 Gaming AM4 drivers (http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/Fatal1ty%20X370%20Gaming%20K4/index.asp#osW1064) and I saw one called "Norton Security ver:22.7.0.76." I was wondering if this was bloatware that Norton paid ASRock to put on the motherboard (which is likely because they're fucking parasites), or if this is mandatory for some reason.

It's not a driver, it's Norton AV that you don't have to DL or use. Some push Kasperski AV. some other ones but it's voluntary.
