Is the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 good for Gaming?

I don't need the best video card ever made, I just want a good video card that can run most game in medium settings or higher. My specs are as follows:

Intel Core i5-3350P Processor (4x 3.10GHz/6MB L3 Cache)
4 GB RAM [2 GB X2] DDR3-1600
ASRock B75M-ITX
350 Watt - FSP 1U 80 Plus Certificated Power Supply
