Is the Omen hp 880-135nd a real thing?

Hello everyone, I recently bought a Omen 880-135nd on a well received and popular site in the Netherlands. However when I tried to find information on the pc, I could not find any information on other language sites, only on Dutch sites. Which made me question whether this PC is a real thing?

Given the last letters of the product number are "nd", I'd expect that what you're looking at is a regional variant.
