Is the PCS R9 380x 4gb better than any regular R9 380?

I was just wondering if the PCS+ r9 380x 4gb beats out any other plain old r9 380 4gb (not "x"). Wondering because there is a 380x and a 380 for the same price. Thanks!!!!

just by the spec, the "x" have more.
