Is the pentium G3260 locked or unlocked?

Whenever I see a processor's specs I always see 'locked' and 'unlocked' , However, With Intel Pentium G3260 it doesn't say either.

The Pentium G3260 is locked. The G3258 is unlocked and can overclock better with its unlocked multiplier.
