Hi i was just wondering if it's safe. I saw one guy he said it might not be because you're using 100% of your cpu which might freeze it. I'm deciding between pentium g4560+Rx 480 vs i5 7500+rx470

Solution
I'd go with the i5 7500 + RX 470 actually. Your far more "future proof" and will be able to handle more intensive games. Not to mention that the RX 470 is quite close to RX 480 performance, add an overclock, and you'll be basically at RX 480 speeds.

The G4560 is still a great chip with the RX 480. There is nothing "dangerous" about using 100% CPU usage. All that will do is create a bottleneck. Bottlenecks are not dangerous at all, just not the best to have.

Here is what he said.
Pentium G4560 - RX 480 - Bad, if you take this you will get CPU bottlenecking and system freezes due to CPU 100% utilization and mostly idle GPU
